We act as a loyal professional advisor to our clients throughout the selection and negotiation process with great emphasis in maintaining the confidentiality of information obtained from both clients and candidates. We encourage candidates to provide accurate information about their qualifications and we present to clients accurate and relevant information.
>Respect
We protect to the best of our ability clients’ and candidates’ interests. We will only accept those assignments that we can confidently confirm to the client that we are capable of completing. We will objectively examine all candidates against predetermined and agreed criteria, regardless of race, sex, religion and origin. We advise candidates of the status and disposition of their candidacy in a timely fashion.

We perform ethically and competently using previously acquired knowledge, thoroughness, transparency and urgency and we will immediately disclose any possible conflict of interest.
>Confidentiality
We are striving to protect confidential information concerning our clients and candidates. Specifically we use information considered confidential by clients only for the purpose of conducting the assignment. This applies to others within the clients’ company, CFR consultants and appropriate candidates.
