>Define client’s need & align objectives

We first seek to understand the clients’ strategic decisions, plans and business needs as these affect directly the profile and competencies of required profiles. Once the strategic framework is understood, we will agree on job requirements and preferred target sectors and will prioritize competencies.

>Tailor-made targeted search

We maintain and continuously enrich and update our in depth knowledge of corporations, job profiles and candidates for all industries. We achieve that through strong personal networks, coupled with leveraging other tools (social networks, web research etc.).

We then proceed with initial screening to identify the most suitable pool of candidates for the intended positions. We develop a detailed mapping of all appropriate candidates based on public data regarding professional careers. This provides the clients with a snap shot of the market reality at a given time and enables them to fine tune requirements and expectations.

>Interviews / Evaluation

We proceed with achievement based interviews with candidates followed by thorough evaluation of possible fit with the intended position.

>Shortlist

We recommend to the client all candidates that qualify for the intended positions. We present in detail their professional experiences, skills and personality attributes, along with our rational behind proposal.

>References

We seek and obtain references via 360o feedback for those candidates that are close to hire.

>Negotiations

We actively participate in the final negotiations between client and chosen candidate in order to facilitate a mutually beneficial agreement.
